Christmas Card Competition winner is a real cracker

Each year Staffordshire County Council invites all schoolchildren to participate in a competition to design the official council Christmas card.

From the hundreds of wonderful entries, a winner has been selected – and it’s a real cracker.  The winning design is from Harriet Cameron, aged nine, who will be presented with a framed printed version of her design along with a book voucher.

Runners-up will receive tickets kindly donated by  top local pantomimes, shows and attractions including

The Snow Queen at the New Vic Theatre in Newcastle Under Lyme

Sleeping Beauty at the Lichfield Garrick

Aladdin at the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre
