Staffordshire County Council will be making its services available over the Christmas and New Year holidays to ensure people get the information and the support they need.
The Council will be open for business as usual during most of the festive holidays, apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Most Council services will be open on 27, 28 and 29 December, including the main Customer Service Centre on 0300 111 8000. Opening times may vary and people are advised to check on www.staffordshire.gov.uk/contactus.aspx
The new MyStaffs App, available on tablets and smart phones also has information on many council services and can be downloaded free from the App Store and Google Play.

The county’s libraries and record offices will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Libraries will be open from 27 to 29 December and will close at 5pm, or their normal closing time if that is earlier. Please check with your local library or visit www.staffordshire.gov.uk/libraries. Registration Offices will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve. On 27, 28 and 29 December they will be open between 9am and 5pm. To make appointments customers can visit www.staffordshire.gov.uk or call 0300 111 8001.
County buildings in Stafford will close on Friday 22 December and reopen on Tuesday 2 January.
