Staffordshire County Council will be making its services available over the Christmas and New Year holidays to ensure people get the information and the support they need.
The council will be open for business as usual during most of the festive holidays, apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Most council services will be open on 24, 27, 28 and 31 December, including the main Customer Service Centre on 0300 111 8000. Opening times may vary and people are advised to check on www.staffordshire.gov.uk/contactus.aspx
The Staffordshire Cares team will also be available during the revised opening times on 0300 111 8010, and the Emergency Duty Team are available to assist with urgent situations outside of the office opening times on 0345 604 2886.
The MyStaffs App, available on tablets and smart phones also has information on many council services and can be downloaded free from the App Store and Google Play.

Registration Offices will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. On 27 and 28 December they will be open between 9am and 5pm and on 24 and 31 December they will be open from 9am to 4pm. To make appointments customers can visit www.staffordshire.gov.uk or call 0300 111 8001.
